Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me & it’s reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services as well. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations. If this happens that you do not follow these guidelines you will be charged 50% for that service you failed to attend. Moving forward, I require a credit card on file for ALL appointments upon booking. Please note that if you’re 15 minutes late for your appointment it will need to be rescheduled
